October 22 2020 | 6:00pm – 9:00pm
Join us for a magical evening under the stars as we celebrate 17 years of saving local forests, farms, rivers, and open spaces.
This year’s Bash will be hosted on the Greystone Preserve, a 262 acre oasis along the banks of the Savannah River in the heart of the city. The party will feature cocktail cruises of the nature preserve, as well as live music, a classic oyster roast, pulled pork BBQ, an open bar, prizes and much more.
All proceeds benefit the preservation of local farms, forests, and wild open spaces.
Tickets on sale August 1. More details coming soon.
In the meantime, check out some of the cool prizes and details from last year’s event, below.

When you cross Interstate 20 on Martintown Road, turn left onto Allen Court (North Augusta Pediatrics) and keep a look out for our parking volunteers. These fine folks will guide you to your spot. Overflow parking will be in the field across the street.
Please note: parking for the event will be next door to the Preserve, on a combination of pavement and manicured grass. For your convenience, a shuttle will pick you up at your car and bring you to the party.
When you arrive at the Bash, make sure to show your tickets at the check-in table.
On your way into the party, be sure to check out our fabulous raffle prizes and purchase your raffle tickets. All proceeds benefit the preservation of local farms, forests, and wild open spaces.
Make sure to grab a drink from the bar on your way in. Feel free to dive into the oysters right away, or take a short cocktail cruise around the Preserve first. Our exclusive cocktail cruises (new this year!) will be running from 6pm until dark. They will introduce you to this stunning 260+ acre landscape, permanently protected by the Land Trust.
At 6:45pm, a full BBQ dinner will be served. We encourage you to kick back around the fire, visit with friends, play a friendly game of corn hole, and watch as Richard Worth captures the evening on canvas.
This one-of-a-kind artwork will become the centerpiece of this year’s live auction and raffle, featuring fabulous prizes for every outdoors person. All the while, this year’s live band will keep the party going all night long.
